1930s terrace, hallway and landing has a dado/chair rail. Would like to paint two colours, rope and bottom.

Blackened will be one of them as we like it plus have a stack left over fri painting kitchen.

Not too keen on F&B's websites suggestions.

Any suggestions?

What about blackened on top and Downpipe on bottom.

Incidentally what does Blackened look like in real life? Not used it but quite fancy it.

Yes I like that but DP has vetoed dark colours...

Blackened lovely we've got it in two rooms... Warm pale grey. Looks grey against our white kitchen and grey in front room with its of blue and red in furniture/furnishings. Can look pinky or lilac too depending what it's with.
One this for sure, does NOT look like website!

What a bout a slightly darker grey. Pavilion Grey is nice. Charleston Grey too. Shaded White is a really nice, pale soft putty colour.

I know what you mean, have spent a fortune on their testers.

Light Blue22. I've got them both in my kitchen and it's lovely.
