Cream leather sofa - am I mad with 2 DC?

Am contemplating buying a cream leather sofa for our living room. DC are 11 and 7yrs. Wouldn't get a cream fabric one as I would be worried about staining by DC but do you think I could get away with a cream leather one? Am thinking I could wipe down any spillages as leather is more forgiving than fabric. But would cream leather still stain / show up scuffs? Thanks.

DC are 7 and 11, should be fine. I'd be more worried about red wine spilled by the grown ups.

We have cream leather sofas and younger children than yours, who have really put our sofas through it. We've always just wiped them down. We do have some scuffing now but they're nearly 8 yrs old and about to be replaced. I think you'll be fine!

It will be fine. I have cream leather sofas with a dog who is always asleep on them and 2 young boys. They are ideal as I can just sponge them down when they get grubby.
Also saddle soap makes them look brilliant.
