Bringing down a ceiling and putting up new one.

Any idea how much this would cost? I think the room size is 4m x 3m.
Appreciate this is just a very rough idea of price.

Just a thought but do you need to take it down? Our plasterer over boarded our ceiling as he said the mess of bringing the old one down was massive and over boarding was easier. Plus if your house is old you may have asbestos. Food for thought.

It does make a big mess. We took ours down ourselves, reboarding and plastering was about £250. Would have done that ourselves too but neither of us are that good at plastering. Defo look into over boarding as a PP said as it is so messy!
