We are redecorating DDs room this year, she'll be 6 in the summer. She wants one wall of wallpaper and I'm struggling to find anything suitable. I don't want character wallpaper or anything too insipid which seems to be the recurring theme for kids wallpaper.

I've found paperboy wallpaper on FB and would like something similar but for girls.

Any ideas?

My girls have two walls of the Meerkats (of the adverts) visiting London and two walls of Plain ish silvery paper.

My boys have the same meerkat paper and a plain green.

I know what you mean about not wanting the princesses or any character that they are going to grow out of quickly though. Previously my girls had teddy bears, which was fine for preschool aged dd2 to 10/11 year old dd1 wasn't so impressed!

This is the meerkat wallpaper (or extremely similar!)

That's lovely dance I am looking for something along those lines but I suppose a bit more 'girly' (shame on me but she lives in a world of princesses and butterflies) where did you get the meerkat paper?

I've posted a couple of images from paperboy which I love and although she likes dinosaurs and dragons I know she's be disappointed if this appeared in her wall. So something like these

We got it from a local independent stockist, but I found that on google images and you must be able to get it online. I just googled meerkat wall paper. My girls are all butterflies and princesses but with the age gap it was still hard to find something they both liked!

Try Pip Studio. Not the cheapest but will last her a while, I'll bet....

why not stickers/decals... Like this: www.lovemae.com.au/

They have wallpaper too.

And they are slightly expensive too.

harlequin?

My 9 year old has one wall with their twinkle toes shoe design. Not too babyish but still suitable for a young girl.

They also do one with house and one called pick n mix.
