Good quality but not crazy contemporary patterned carpets

Can anyone recommend a supplier of contemporary patterned carpets. I want something that looks really great in my bedroom that doesn't look like I stole it from a Scottish highland hotel or a Vegas strip club.

I looked at luxe carpets but if it's on the Kings road in London I'm pretty sure it costs the earth. I have a John Lewis level budget.

I have been banned from laminate and an amazing rug by DH and it sounds silly but rugs on carpets make my toes curl.

Thanks oh wise mums netters ð???

Brintons - they do laura Ashley and timorous beasties patterns?

I sent for a timorous beasties swatch of one that looked like a wood grain type thing. When it arrived it was purple and black and disappointing. That is the kind of thing I'm looking for though.

www.alternativeflooring.com/

Anything here?

I like the look of Ege stuff but no idea how much it would be - suspect not cheap!

axminister and brintons are the two that come to mind, for stripes many more options, i have a westex stripe carpet which looks really good.

Take a look at Vorwerk Modena Design - I saw the blue, lime green flowered one in a magazine and it looked fab.
