Ceiling hung curtain pole for bay

We need a new curtain pole for our bay window. Ideally a pole rather than track.

But we need one with the brackets attached to the ceiling of the bay as we have upvc windows so nothing to screw into but window!

Also the brackets need to have 'pass over' rings so can draw the curtains completely

I can find pass over poles with bendy bits to fit a bay but all wall mounted

Because of the way that bypass rings work, they cannot be ceiling fixed.
I think that your only option is a discrete top fixed track.

Boo I think tracks look awful, but don't think I have a choice. Thank you for confirming

We have a ceiling hung curtain pole in our bay with pass over rings. I think we got everything from B&Q although it's a few years since we put it up. We bought all the pieces separately and then cut them to fit what we needed as ours is only a bay on one side.

Swish metropole systems can be top fixed and bent to fit a bay. They look like a pole, but have the workings hidden within the pole.

In effect they are a track system which looks like a pole. There are lots of styles and finials too.
