Accessories/ decorating the house for spring

Now that all my christmas decorations have been taken down my house is looking very bare.

What can I do to brighten it up a bit?

Do you change things around for spring?

Well we've still got winter to get through, so I wouldn't go springy just yet.

Lots of warm lighting, piles of quilts and blankets on the sofas, snuggly cushions on the sofas, that sort of thing.

I often buy some new cushions, candles and throws as well as buying lots of flowers to brighten it up. In the past I have also used some plain white fairy lights as well run across a raidiators cover or round a dresser or in a tall vase.
