Selling curtains second hand

That's it really, I've moved into a house with some Sanderson curtains and the world's biggest pelmets. They're not my taste but are beautiful quality and almost new so wondered how to pass them on to someone who'll love them and maybe get some cash towards new ones. And how much would they be worth?
I don't live near any curtain exchanges/used curtain shops as far as I'm aware.

Yes that's my default choice but not sure I'll get what the curtains might be worth?

Maybe use eBay as a price guide? People will probably expect to pay less, but it is less hassle (imi)

You won't get what they're worth.

I'd ebay them. Set a decent start price and make sure the title says Sanderson.

The Curtain Exchange is a secondhand agency, they charge about 50% commission according to the website but might be an easy solution if there's a branch near you.
Only take professionally made curtains.

In my area I was/am able to get good prices from our local selling site. You never know who is reading or looking out for what you have. There are timewasters on these sites, but just weed through them. Good luck.

Thanks all will do more research- I suppose anything is better than nothing and if they get a good home that's great- someone who may appreciate their rare beauty!!

I was looking for some curtains for an awkwardly large window and found them on Gumtree. I paid a fair price for them- but sorry can't remember what it was. I think £25 but could have been more. They were not as good quality as yours- not lined, and not v thick material.
