Glass dining table - madness with small kids?

Thinking of getting the dining table I have always dreamed of...Habitat Dublin. But with a glass top, am I crazy to consider it? Thinking of the potential bumping into by small heads, and the extra cleaning. Any experiences?
Thanks

I hate ours - every single fingerprint and smear shows up, so I have to clean it ten times a dau.

Yes, I used to sell furniture, we had a display consisting of glass table and chairs.

A glass table shows everything and I mean everything. Fart near it and there will be vapor trail.
