New bay window - curtains, blinds, etc?

We are having new wooden windows fitted next week.

We have 3 cats, 2 of which are very fluffy.

Our bay window has 4 corners/bends.

We have roman blinds up atm, but are going to get something lovely and new for our beautiful new windows (we've only lived here 12 years).

Tbh, the roman blinds are lovely to look at, but a complete pain to clean with cats who all love to sit on the windowsill.

Maybe we should get washable curtains?

Or wipe able roller blinds?

Or Venetian blinds?

There's so much choice

Any recommendations for curtain poles, blinds or something, which are easy to clean?
