I found this list of ways to cheaply renovate your bathroom on a local kitchen and bathroom fitters website and found it really inspiring so I thought I would share it with you ladies. My rustic towel rail looks fantastic (hubby actually built it Grin) with a coat of white paint on it! Here it is www.knbltd.co.uk/top-10-low-cost-ways-renovate-bathroom-bathroom-fitters-nottingham/

Lovely, thanks. A top tip from The Hotel Inspector is to only have (clean) white towels for a really good luxurious look.

On Kirstie's Homemade Home, she recommended putting a chair in if you can find room - we've got an old cane chair painted white with a lovely cushion. Makes the roome feel more inviting and somewhere to linger.

Clean white towels definitely make a difference, especially if they're big and fluffy!

I really wish we had room for a nice chair in our bathroom. I imagine it being painted white but distressed.

Regrouting the bathroom and putting in some fresh sealant works wonders. It costs almost nothing but can make the bathroom look brand new.

I'd love to have white towels but they wouldn't last five minutes in my house. Beige is as neutral as I can manage.
