Please can anyone recommend a really soft rug for a bedroom?

I'm trying to make our DC's room more cosy and thought a really soft rug would be lovely. Has anyone got one they love and recommend? I may be best just to brave Ikea or Habitat or somewhere but posting in case any tips. Thanks!!

What kind of size are you looking for? It does involve a trip to Ikea, but I really liked their faux sheepskin rug (here). Not sure how it would stand up to wear, though, as we just slung it over a chair, but it is only a tenner.

We got two quite big fluffy rugs from Matalan to make our dismal carpet look better for prospective homebuyers. They are a joy! So soft under your toes. They were about £45.

Ones around £70.

I bought this Ikea rug yesterday. Hadn't really grabbed me on the website but it's gorgeous and teddy bear-ish IRL.

We have two from Great Little Trading Company. They always have offers and they are good quality and soft.

We do also have a real sheepskin from IKEA which is lovely and soft!

That gaser rug from ikea, and the sheepskins...how does a robot vac get on with them? Anyone have experience?

I agree that a nice coloured sheepskin would make a fabulous bedroom rug.

When my DS was little I used a huge bathmat as his bedside rug! He absolutely loved it, and it was, of course, easy to wash.

No robot vac here but i would think they'd find the sheepskin a challenge?
