What colour would you paint a room...

...with dark blue carpet and a lilac blind?

Currently painted lilac pink but it doesn't go with the carpet. Any suggestions please?

I think lilac is quite a difficult colour to match. White?

Yeh, we were going to get a new carpet but not now. So stuck with the new blind which we're not changing either!

Thanks for suggestions. It's a spare room with sofa bed if that makes any difference.

Coffee cream?

Blue grey if the room is light. I'd also get a rug for the carpet which picks up the navy/ grey/ lilac.
