We've got a lovely new build that should be ready in October.
The show how has some stunning Porcelanosa tiles throughout the hall to kitchen and downstairs WC.
The look incredible and apparently having spoken to others in the estate, it actually worked out cheaper to get the builder to put the tiles in than to do it on their own.
However, given the amount of things we need to do to the house (no incentives so need to tile, carpet,, turf, fence etc), I really grudge the 2500 that it would cost us just for the flooring in these areas (we still have a living room, dining room, 4 beds and 2 baths to do).
I like the slight gloss affect but need something non slip - which the tile in the show home are (I practiced trying to slide about in my socks and couldn't).
Has anyone else tiled a similar area of their home and if so what tiles/tile distributor did you use?
I'm not looking to do it on the cheap but at the same time don't want to pay more than I have to!!
