We eat in the kitchen, so I don't need a table and chairs in there. It has two ends, one with a working fireplace.
It's very long and slimmish.
Tbh it would be better as two rooms, I'd have thought...but it's one! At the moment this is what's in it:
Big corner sofa, TV, computer desk and chair, bookcases, smaller sofa, armchair...ie loads of seating and two screens.
Seems ok, but... You know..not particularly great.
