Favourite Berber carpet from Carpetright?

Does anyone have one?

I want to put it throughout, so it needs to go with lots of white plus, probably, a pale grey (warmish) and a light cafe au lait sort of colour (probably).

In my experience they aren't great value and you could get better choice and price from an independent. Your link didn't take us to a carpet to comment on but the colours you suggest sound nice..

Do Not use carpet right they are poor quality and not actually that cheap. And they charge for delivery, even if you use one of their fitters who brings it with them...

I got as far as getting out my credit card a few years ago and when they told me they wanted an extra £35 for delivery ( 6 miles away) I told them to get knotted.

I now use a smaller local company whose carpets are twice the quality and half the price.

My previous Berber, a long, long time ago was from Carpetright however I think I was very lucky with the very attractive sales person I bought it from - he gave me an extra 10% off discount voucher from a newspaper, told me not to buy their underlay or gripper rods and gave me the details of a really good fitter.

I thought the quality was meant to be ok. Its just that they make their money from all the extras.

If not them, then does anyone know a good, cheap carpet shop in N London?

Finding good carpet people is proving to be difficult...we need a carpet resource thread, with names and phone numbers!
