Re-painting a kettle?

Hello,

I bought a nice Morphy Richards toaster and kettle set (red metallic) a few years ago and it's starting to look a bit shabby-chip IYKWIM.

They both work perfectly well so I don't want to replace them but I'd like them to look nicer so I'm wondering if there's such a thing as a paint/spray you can use on kettles and toasters. Any thoughts?

What about radiator paint?

Thanks Countess, I had a quick look on the internet and everyone seems to agree that there's no easy way to do this. Gap in the market I reckon!

I bought same set in purple two years ago, toaster still looks good but the kettle paint chipped and turned green within a year - I ended up just buyinig a cheapy matching colour kettle from B& M bargains has stayed looking same colour for over a year so far.

Those morphy richards coloured sets looks great but are not worth the money as the paint discolours/chips off so easy !

My kettle has chips all over it. I won't spend that money again on one.
