About to redo bathroom. Having white tiles halfway up the wall then a duck egg paint. Have chosen a walnut wood sink unit. It is a north facing room. Any ideas?

Look at this black tile :

looks well with walnut sink.

Something amazing to jazz it all up perhaps? Depending on how big the room is and your budget, how about something like this?

I have a black matte marble-pattern floor, which I love. White tiles, black bath panel and black basin surround. I've jazzed it up with feature tiles in gold, silver and bronze in one strip above the bath

I have duckegg paint, white wall tiles and black porcelain floor tiles that look like slate. I'm very pleased with how it turned out :-)

I think you could choose anything to go with that palette - maybe a beige or travertine finish to tone with walnut/warm it all up?
