We've just had two of our basement rooms plastered, one of them will be turned into a utility room. They used to be just disgusting, with a horrible slimy floor and everything. I want to transform them into rooms where I actually like going.
Anyway, the utility room has two windows but not a great amount of light. The other room has no windows at all but it gets some natural light through the glazed door leading into the utility room. I was thinking a lemon colour would be good to inject a bit of warmth and brightness. Lancaster yellow is an option we are considering, but it looks a bit dark in the chart, will it look too primary? Any other ideas? Thanks.
