I am interested in these for the kitchen, but I don't know anyone who has first hand experience in residential buildings, so any input would be welcome.

A friend of mine used it IIRC she needed a special sub floor laid first She def did u/f heating and I have felt it on and it is very soft I can't describe it it doesn't feels like it looks!

Ooh, a response!
How long has she had it for?
Is it standing the test of time wrt scuffing and scratching?
If it is soft, does that mean furniture leaves indentations?

She put it in a refurb she does interiors like me! I have just seen it in situ not used it. It looked amazing but obviously I haven't seen it since! It is known for being durable though and it isn't soft like plasticine or anything it jus has a gentle feel underfoot not like tiles It looked beautiful in her kitchen diner. It was a golden/stone colour very very nice

Hello :-) I see that this thread is a few years old, but I was just wondering whether you decided to go for a resin floor and what you think? I am thinking of putting one down, but worried about it cracking if there is any cracking in the concrete slab underneath. Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks :-)
