Duck egg / teal wall paper for a feature wall

Basically I'm doing exactly the same as the photO. Wallpaper the chimney breast in this paper, then the alcoves in duck egg. The opposite wall (a flat one) will be the paper too.
Will white paint on the two remaining walls in the room be too stark?? Thanks x

Lovely paper. Personally I think white is a bit harsh. How about an ivory/linen colour? maybe a very pale grey

I was torn between white and ivory. I'll take a look at an ivory colour in B & Q. Thanks for then input x

Try Dulux Natural Calico, I have it in my lounge with teal accents. It's a lovely natural colour without being yellowy. Came recommended by our decorator.

Lovely wallpaper - what is it? Thanks

I would try and get a white colour-matched to the white in the paper. Otherwise, Dulux Timeless is formulated to go with everything, apparently.

Hi marmite. Sorry for the very late reply. It's a wilkinsons paper x
