Hi, I'm hoping to sell up & move into rented accommodation as I wouldnt get a mortgage so in June I want to start decorating as so busy in May & a lot to pay out, can't really afford a decorator so going to have to bribe family to help! For anyone who has decorated I want to put kitchen tiles behind the sink & the cooker. How easy is it? have never decorated in my life so wouldn't know where to start!

I did a bit of tiling many moons ago and as long as you don't have to cut any and the wall isn't bumpy it was pretty easy as I remember. There will be loads of tutorials on the net.

I have found mosaics much easier, eliminates need for a lot of cutting if you plan it a bit! also the tiles that are done to look like mosaic are easier to cut as the lines are there for you & the ceramic thinner!
I enjoy it even though a novice!
good luck :)
