What would you change about your kitchen?

I'm doing a renovation and getting a new kitchen fitted from scratch, and am a bit overwhelmed by making choices I'll be stuck with for the next (let's face it, I'll be broke after this) 20 years!

Tell me: What would you change about your kitchen? And what do you like about your kitchen?

We have recently had a complete new kitchen, it's lovely! I really had a good think about what I needed, as I am the main user. I had a big floor to ceiling built, I use this cupboard as a pantry. I also had deep drawers instead of cupboards fitted, I find it easier to keep drawers tidy and nothing can hide in the back.
