Grout pens

Has anyone used a grout pen on their tiling? DP is keen to use one on our bathroom tiles (larger white subway) to paint the grout grey or black; I'm worried it's a large area of tiles to f up if the grout pen looks a bit naff..

I've only used a white one over white and it was fine. You'd need a very steady hand to do a large area in a different colour, I think.

Ditto. White on white was fine - actually looked really good. I can't imagine I'd be controlled enough to do a different colour!
