Oh wise ones, what would you do with this...

Tiny room/ large cupboard? It's 110 x 270cm rectangular space. No window, radiator or any internal feature for that matter.
The door is at one of the 110cm ends and is at the end of the downstairs hall.

I'm stumped as to what to do with it!

erm I would probably get it fitted out with some great storage and turn it into a really useful cupboard.

Pantry / larder? Coat and wellie store? Put tumble dryer in there?

Like Hessy's library idea. You can have custom shelving built to ceiling height and a tiered step that doubles up as a seat.

If you live in London, convert it into a s/c bedsit and rent it out for £1500 a month .

Coat and boot room.

I would fill it with bed, put in some lovely soft lighting, and use it as my escape/reading room, with the outside of the door concealed so no one noticed it was there!

We have utility room already and a place for coats, boots. Part of me thinks it would be sensible to use it for storage, but i would love to make a study or reading room. That would be lovely. We have very high ceilings so could put in some good shelving for wine books.

Install one of those swings and have it as an 'adult' playroom.
