Orchid revival

How do you rescue one which has had all its flowers drop off?? Apparently they're easy enough to revive if they seem dead, but hard to look after in general?

I haven't been over watering it, and left it on a table in front of a window to get natural light... Any ideas oh wise ones?

I watched a youtube video, where she was quite brutal: took it out of the pot, binned all the potting bark, trimmed all the roots, then re-potted it with fresh bark.

So I did that and got some plant food, and it's done fabulously with 3x more flowers than ever before!

Oh good grief, that is harsh!
