What to store in utility rm?

Hi I have a small utility room with no window, just an air vent. It currently has washer and dryer in and stores dh tools. I'm looking to put kitchen units in to make more of the room but don't know what I can store in them? Also have board games in there currently and the cat sleeps on the washing machine

Ours is jam packed

Cupboard 1 Washing powder, tumble dryer sheets, satin removers etc
Cupboard 2 man cupboard, torches, batteries, superglue, bits of string type stuff
Cupboard 3 cleaning products
Cupboard 4 light bulbs, spare parts for things, Hoover bags etc
Cupboard 5 emergency cupboard candles matches, more torches, firelighter thingy
Cupboard 6 stuff with no other home like freezer bag, spare cover for ironing board, bags for life

Kids art stuff
Kitchen towels , bin bags

Little - do you find it's useful rather than a dumping ground tho?

It is useful to be able to separate food (kitchen) and cleaning/general household stuff. I like to make sure I have everything I might need so it means I can have spare stuff too. I wouldn't have room for it in the kitchen and the garage is cold!
