Window is 2m wide. Curtains are ring top either 168cm or 220cm.

Sorry... I know it's zzzzzzGrin

I don't understand the question Grin. Curtains are complicated.

I will lurk.

You need to go by curtain pole width rather than window width.

Both measurements should work for a 2m pole, but you won't have much gather with the 168cm pair.
Depends what kind of look you are after.

I always go for the wider option. Each curtain will be 168 which will be fine but if you want a really full look go for the wider ones.

Hi there!

I would recommend the 220cm wide curtains definitely!

Each curtain in the pack will be 220cm wide = 440cm width when laid flat but you should double the width of your curtain pole/track to make sure you have lots of gather and fullness.

If you need anymore help - do let me know as I am a curtain and blind fitter.

Cheers
