..what colour will everything be painted in 2014 ?

It takes me so long to decorate I'll probably transverse several trends....

Various shades of aqua with cerise and other jewel tones.

..with cerise and other jewel tones as accents.

Surely that should read (F&B) Cinderella cerise (or for the dulux fan Barbie Pink) matched with Turner twilight (dulux = blue).

I'm hanging on for white (not rhinoceros, elephant or parrot white, but white white) coming back. I've got a large tin of white....

White has had it and won't be back for a good five years.
Go bright pink, bright yellow, powder blue.
(actually very Victorian)...

Or you could just print your rooms in colours you like.

Or I could just bypass all decisions and do white/magnolia everywhere....

Hahahah I love that you care !! But truly - this is YOUR HOME - so have what makes YOU happy !!!! And if you go for a simple white you can accessorise in different colours to suit the seasons !

Its not so much that I care, its more that I lack any artistic talent and have a couple of drab brown green sofas as a result. I like the photos of grey in magazines, but I have a touch of melancholy and I can only associate grey with sadness so I'm not going there (I have colour issues. I'm synesthesic - can't do several colours at all!).

I need a white brown or purple or green I think.
