Elephants breath or pavilion gray (or anything similar?!)

I posted yesterday about wallpaper v paint, am now going with paint and bought 2 tins of Elephants Breath yesterday. Today however I am worried about it looking too beige and am thinking of swapping it for Pavilion Gray.

Have bought chintzy floral-ey curtains, cream background with small amounts of beige, light gray and tiny bit of yellow. Have 2 x mocha sofas (plain), beige textured carpet, 1930s semi, floating shelves and base cupboard built into alcoves either side of fire place (all painted white). East facing, but largish room (15ft x 14ft) large bay window so fairly light. Oak console / coffee table.

We spend quite a lot of time in this sitting room, it will drive me mad if I don't like it!

Opinions please!

I've elephants breath in my bedroom, it's not beige.
I'm really struggling to get blinds to match/contrast, so interested in what you bought?

I got curtains called John Lewis Posy but they were in the sale (I think they were about to be discontinued). And they might not go, I haven't painted or got the curtains out of the packaging Hmm !

I was in the same dilemma and then they brought out the new colours and purbeck stone seemed perfect! Its less grey than Pavilion grey and less beige than elephants breath.

Oooh I don't think I've seen the new colours Shock!! Off to investigate (thank you!)
