...to have two different colours (well, shades of the same colour) on my living room walls? I found a lovely colour that goes well with my curtains and lightshade, but its a bit too dark to do the entire room with. So I was thinking of doing two walls (the window wall and the adjacent wall with the fireplace on) in that colour and the other two walls in a paler shade. Or the other way around. DP looked at me like I was insane when I suggested it but I think it will look quite good. What do you reckon?
