I've used Blinds2go twice and can recommend them. They'll send out fabric samples in advance too. They made me five matching roman blinds for a bay window and two for my kitchen windows. All good

I found cheapest way was to find a local curtain maker and buy the fabric online.

This place is awesome for fabric - especially as you don't have to buy full metres. www.fashioninteriors.co.uk/

We just got some online from Keeleys Blinds. Really good price and discount codes available. Just put them up a couple of nights ago and they look great. Definitely order the samples though to make sure the colour is what you're looking for.
