I do love a roman blind.

Yep me too, got them everywhere, really neat clean and tidy and adjustable for light/shade. I think the made to measure companies are better as getting a really good fit is essential.

I've used www.eclectics.co.uk, very nice but very expensive (£200ish)

Also, www.tuiss.co.uk (natural oatmeal linen and waffle chocolate blackouts £120ish), they were very good too,

but then discovered that actually they are the same company as the much cheaper www.blinds-2go.co.uk. exactly the same fabrics, different names but presumably same quality.

Thank you. I was hoping someone would know!

I'm saving up for roman blinds throughout the whole house. Our old house had faux silk blinds in really bold colours with the walls painted to match, we're not bold enough to choose colours so am thinking of just going for grey/cream/white.

I'm having thermal ones but those links, though helpful and reasonably priced are for blackout lined.

I looked on Laura Ashley's site, £400 for one blind.

I have one from Argos.. It is plain, cheap... Does the job. Recently bought a blackout blind from dunhelm mill online.
