Sorry have to vent - yesterday ordered a number of items from b&q for home delivery (we live in London no car) some fixes are being done to our bathroom whilst I'm going away with 11 mo to my parents so he doesn't have to breath in paint and life will be not difficult.
It's all been a bit short notice to arrange and I carefully checked delivery scales when ordering.
Today received a call from them about delivery of 2 of the items - can't be done in promised time scale, but as I chatted with them turns out in total I'm meant to wait in 3 desperate days for items coming in different ways. Very frustrated. Have had to cancel most of the order.
Now does anyone know where to get a reasonable priced bath side in 10 days
