Teal paint

I really want to paint my living room teal but I cannot find teal paint anywhere.

Dulux do a feature wall paint called "teal tension" or some such and it's way too dark for a whole room, and Wikes do a teal but that's too green.

I've looked at F&B but all close shades are too blue (dix Blue, oval room blue and stone blue); the nearest Sanderson shade is basically turquoise which wrong and Little Green don't seem to have anything close.

DH said i'd spent more on tester pots than we would on paint!

I thought I'd try and find something and get it colour matched with Dulux but I've just read on here they only do it to the nearest Dulux shade Shock

Houzz is full of amazing teal living rooms, I thought this would be simple!

Cost is not an issue at this stage.

Take a look at blue reflection from Dulux. In my opinion it isn't blue, but teal. Have just painted my living room this color and it's a really nice shade, not at all washed out looking but not too dark either.

I don't know if it's true about matching it to the nearest dulux shade; they use a scanner and it does seem to be pretty accurate...

Thank you so much ladies! I will investigate these options forthwith!

I've painted my kitchen teal, twice Grin (It's teal now and I want to do it teal again, I love it).

But I can't remember where the paint came from. I know that's no help.

My living room is teal - we got homebase own paint.

My living room is cream, can't remember the name of that colour either, but I do remember that it was Homebase, and it was an absolute 'joy' to work with. Great stuff.

I have just painted my new study in teal with bright white woodwork. I used Crown Intense Aqua which is actually kitchen/bathroom paint. Its bloody lovely.
