Paint colour to go with Cabbages and Roses blinds - DD's room

Hi - this seems to be a popular topic! I'm finally getting round to finishing off DD's room. She is nearly 4. We like this fabric and will have roman blinds. I'm thinking of an off white (something similar to "Skimming Stone" by Farrow & Ball but going to use Little Green) but DD wants pink... (Actually, she really wants bright purple or gold but there is no way I'm agreeing to that!)

Any thoughts?

I've been wanting to use that fabric for ages but it's just too girly for grown-up rooms. Well, maybe ;-).

p.s. It's quite a big west-facing attic room.

I think it's quite a grown up material as its muted colours and elegant.
It's lovely material but its a shame dds room won't incorporate any of her own wants - its her room!
Couldn't your wait and use that material when she's a bit older?

She likes the material/chose it! Not going for dark goth-like purple or gold leaf (her choices Wink) so think I'll try a pale pink or skimming stone.
