What's on the top of your console table?

I have a console table in the hallway. I've cleared it of the things it used to house - useful clutter like letter rack, hair clips, homework box. But I don't have anything particular to put on the top. It needs stuff on there to stop people dumping other clutter onto it. I put a vase and two photo frames on it but they look lost. I feel it needs something big and bold. It's not near an electric socket, otherwise I would put a lamp on it.

So, if you have a console table, what's on the top?

Look on Abigail Ahern's site. abigailahern.com/collections/flowers. She does amazing statement vases ( some are huge) with the most fantastic silk, faux blooms.They are nothing like the naffola ones you get in garden centres. Her sister has started to make up bouquets that you can buy instore or online. They aren't cheap but they are amazing and obviously last forever.What about one of those massively circumferenced but not too tall church candles to take up more space?

Two big table lamps and a crystal glass bowl on the console table here. The bowl does end up being a receptacle for shopping receipts though! I would go for vases, too high to just drop stuff into.
