Nautical on a boat

So my friend lives on a Dutch barge and has decided she wants a nautical themed bedroom... Anyone have any homemade idea or quirky ideas anything really or know anywhere that sells nice bits looked in the normal places...
And eBay and amazon..

What about classic light blue and white striped bedding or in dark blue and cream with one of these hand-carved wooden fishy decorative pieces on the side?
