Extendable corded curtain pole

I need one to hang a 10 foot drop pair of curtains, which will be heavy weight and insulated to keep out draughts, so the pole will have to be excellent quality.

Any suggestions please for a top brand or particular model?

My living room curtains are very heavy (2 pairs as wide window) and I recently bought a 3 metre x 30mm diameter metal curtain pole with cracked glass finials from a website called Terry's Fabrics. Much much cheaper than dept/home stores and it was a branded one. The website is quite good and you can filter for curtain type/width etc etc.
