I've been reading threads on bamboo flooring and it sounds like a good option for me. I'm looking for thing v hardwearing and low maintenance so thought maybe strand woven atural might be a sensible choice. I've 3 ds and plan to get kittens in spring. I need to refloor lounge dining room and family room. I got samples from simply bamboo and their prices seem better than the bamboo flooring company. Has anyone used them? I'm in N Ireland and can' find any local companies. One of the local floor dealers almost talked me into good quality laminate at 12.50 per m2. It looks ago but not quite as nice as the bamboo sample I have. Also I have had v cheap laminate before and had to sweep constantly which put me off.
