Would you leave builders in your home alone?

I'm having my windows done. Was planning to stay in both days while they are here. But I will have to pop out to do the school run.

They are older and seem trust worthy. Would you leave them in your house alone for a few hours? As I'm thinking of taking dd out for dinner as its quite messy!

Also we can't use the toilet right now. So might be better to take dd out?

What do you think??

Yes.

We currently have an electrician, a decorator and a plumber with keys to our house whilst we've been having work done as we both work full time.

I'm sure they are lovely people, but take any small valuables with you (laptops, jewellery etc). Your tenants insurance should cover all this but you might want to speak to the insurers.
