Union Lido, in Italy, has a great Water Resort onsite.

We are going here, right on the Beach, close to Barcelona and close to Portaventura Theme park & Caribe Aquatic Park

Or, Duinrell, Holland? Popular with other MNers??

thanks Milliways, will check them out. It's for next year so I have plenty of time for research!

Aqualand parcs are dotted around France. We often visit one from Wherever we are staying - if this helps to look at areas?

I love planning holidays

There is a fantastic water park on Lake Garda.

We're going to Monte Santo, Algarve this summer and that's near Splash & Slide and Aqualand apparently. The resort sounds great to us as we've managed to get a two bedroomed apartment as we like to have a seperate bedroom from the dd's on holiday . Its a a very reasonable rate too as we've scoured the internet and got much cheaper than james villa's or thomas cook etc. Fingers crossed it'll be lovely .

Siam Park in Tenerife is lovely.

I was just about to say that we have 2 great water parks here in Tenerife.
The new and well known siam park and aqualand.

It really depends of the ages of your children as to which one i would recommend but at 3pm in aqualand they have a really great dolphin show thats always a hit with both kids and adults.

Let me know if you would like some hotel recommendations as i live and work on the island.

Lisa.

Pierre et Vacances have appts by the waterpark in the Somme estuary, but forgotten the name. There is also a bird sanctuary to visit and a little train.

Done a quick google it's la marquenterre.
