Cheap Flight to India

Want to take a 5 and 7 year old to South India. Where would I find cheap tickets - obviously tried Google but it's a bit of a mine field !!

Kingfisher, via Mumbai, offer really good value. A GF of mine recently flew with Jet (??) who are another independent Indian airline who fly via Mumbai, but she was quite unimpressed. The service on Kingfisher is pretty damn good and the seat pitch is better than BA on that route.

The other option could be to fly with a middle eastern airline.
