and is it as awful as the online reviews make out because the deal they are offering is great and dH and I are desperate for a weekend away that won't break the bank.

Is it actually in Hendon? If so the reviews are probably true as it is a bit rough.

Think so. It says outer london and it says its a trek into the city

I know it and not only are you nowhere near central London-it is TRULY awful. I would rather stay at a Premier Inn.
Please don't spoil a weekend away!

I stayed there for one night with work last year - wasn't the greatest place I've ever stayed in... Would second trying to find somewhere else if you can.

Weat Lodge Park in same kind of area is MUCH nicer!

Thanks guys. we are going to the theatre and so not set on that area at all it just sells itself as a luxury hotel and looked like a good deal - dinner bed and breakfsat plus champagne and canapes for £130
