The lack of transparency between the initial quote and the final price is, in my opinion, outrageous.
You have been warned. I like to think I'm fairly clued up but i really missed some clever tricks booking these flights. Perhaps i did it too late at night and after a glass of wine

I've always found them very clear tbh - all the budget airlines add charges for choosing a seat, checking bags, using a credit card etc

Agree with CMOtdibbler, have booked with them before and found it very clear. But then I find Ryanscare quite clear too. If you follow everything carefully then there shouldn't be any nasty shocks.

Don't mean to sound nippy btw

I've just been through a dummy booking and now i know what I'm looking out for I can see it all! So, it really was just the wine or my lack of experience

I should have known better shouldn't I? There were 5 of us looking at the screen too (girlie weekend away!!) and none of us saw all the extras.

It's the same with all the "budget" airlines.
