hello there!

does anyone know of a nice hotel/spa/country house with spa and/or pool facilities for adults and children? we are looking around london area...

what we really wanted was to spend some time in a resort, but we cant afford it this year so we are looking for day trips/passes instead.

thank you!

We have been to the East Sussex National Hotel, it has a nice spa for treatments and massages etc, and children can use the pool at set times. There are also a couple of golf courses. About 1.5 hours from London and then from there its 30 mins to Brighton or Eastbourne. Just one option...

The Nirvana Spa near Wokingham is v nice, inc. one of those pools where you float around and look at the pretty stars on the ceiling.

In London One Aldwych has a fab pool and is really nice to children (I've been, without children but saw the treatment child guests got and it was good)

Haymarket Hotel has the most FAB pool with a bar and with sparkly lights in the ceiling

both are expensive though, what;s your budget and where, roughly, do you want to go? Does it have to be an hotel?

hi wicked!

we are looking for areas near london, so we dont have to drive too far with the kids. our budget would be for a 3/4 stars place, we would like somewhere nice so we are prepared to pay a bit for it.

it doesnt have to be a hotel, anything that caters for us and our children is great! and definitely with a pool, so we can enjoy the summer

im googling your tips now, thank you!

hi mumblechum, is it ok for kids?

wherever we end, the pool needs to be children friendly... it will be a family outing
