Recommendations - Sharm el Sheikh

A big group of us (including dcs aged 5 and 3) have an AI holiday booked to Sharm in Aug and we've just discovered that there is building work going on at our hotel. It is likely that we will be moved to another hotel I'm wondering whether anyone has any recommendations? Some of our party have been offered a transfer to Club Tropicana Grand Oasis but all the reviews seem to suggest the food is vile and everyone gets sick there. Has anyone got any experience of this hotel or any recommendations for 4* hotels suitable for children please?

Hi Claireodon which hotel are you currently booked into?
We have stayed at the LTI Grand Azure and the Aqua Blu and both were very good. The Aqua Blu has a huge on site waterpark which is also open to non resident guests. Obviously the best approach is to wade through the reviews on Tripadvisor and use the search facility on the Sharm message boards to read through any earlier threads about the Club Tropicana Grand Oasis.
I hope that everything works out okay for you.

Been to the Hilton Waterfalls, couple of years ago now, but would recommend it.
