Hi there, please could someone let me know what the current restrictions are for taking food and drink through security at Gatwick into the airport lounge? Many thanks.

i'm only guessing, but the liquid bit is still a no no?

Food, apart from runny stuff like yogurt, theres no restrictions on. Any drinks or runny food, you can't take more that 100ml in any one container, and all your liquids/gel/creams must fit in one small clear plastic bag

They also need to be tasteable so no sealed containers. And I have had cool packs taken off me before so you may not want to take yoghurt or stuff that could go off. You can buy baby food in jars and cartons of formula airside if you need it.
