Advice on good travel insurance for later pregnancy

I'm travelling to the USA with DH and DD (2.5yrs) in September. I'll be somewhere around 24-28weeks pregnant.

I mc in February so am very keen to have tip top insurance to cover me for any pregnancy/premature birth related medical problems for whilst I'm out there.

Can anyone recommend insurers with whom they got comprehensive medical cover for later pregnancy? Basics like emergency checkups all the way up to covering an early birth and flights home when better etc.
