Last child free holiday for many years - any suggestions?

Dh and I are planning our hols for September (when I'll be 25 weeks pg) - as usual we can't decide what to do + I'm thinking we should maybe go somewhere/do sth we won't be able to do with a baby/young child (whilst at the same time I'd prefer to avoid food poisoning/catching a horrible bug). Has anyone got any ideas?
